Awards of Excellence
The Surf Life Saving Central Coast Awards of Excellence recognises outstanding achievements and contributions across Lifesaving, Surf Sports, Members Services, Education and Administration. Culminating in the main award for the night, the prestigious “Club of the Year”. The evening celebrates the accomplishments of members and clubs from the season just passed and provides an excellent opportunity for members of the 15 surf clubs to celebrate as one.

Rookie of the Month
The Rookie of the Month recognises and rewards Rookie Lifesavers for their outstanding achievements. One Rookie receives an award each month throughout the patrol season from nominations submitted by clubs.
The Rescue of the Month recognises outstanding rescues from Central Coast lifesavers throughout the year. Clubs can nominate one rescue performed by their clubs members per month during the patrolling season. The winner of the SLSCC Rescue of the Month will then progress onto SLSNSW with a chance to with the State Rescue of the Month award. SLSCC monthly rescue of the month winners are also recognised at the SLSCC Awards of Excellence evening and will be in the running to win the prestigious SLSCC Rescue of the Year Award.
