Education Field Day

The SLSCC Education Field day was held at North Entrance SLSC on Saturday 20th August.
It was the first time since 2019 that all our Trainers, Assessors and Facilitators (TAFs) have been able to be in the same room. There were 45 TAF’s in attendance and lots of discussion was held and plenty of sharing ideas across our 15 clubs.

Our TAF’s where provided with the latest education updates to courses, resources and annual proficiencies where held from some our awards. There was a particular focus on how we can recruit new TAFs and retain and support our current ones. Some fantastic ideas were presented and we will look at how we can bring these to life.
